This course is designed to guide investigators on how to remain professional and be effective in a variety of relationships and encounters with people within the scope of their work. Private Investigators find themselves in interactions with a variety of people from different walks of life, and in order to be effective an investigator has to adapt their communication skills. This course picks relationships between private investigators and their clients, private investigators interaction with witnesses and suspects, finally with the investigators relationship with court personnel and testifying in court. An effective private investigator must have the proper skills to communicate effectively and upon completion of this course the investigator will have a better skill set and will know their role.
